My Facebook laziness results in 50 friend requests + 5 event invitations + 3 cause invitations + 27 other requests. Nothing personal!

I'm clean now. FB's wave has finally hit my ol' friends in
Barcelona and Girona. I have been struggling to remember some names
and recongnize some faces.
Then plenty of weird (and ignored) requests coming from work
mates. Why don't they invite me for a beer instead? I'm open to
invites too, but liquid ones.
In fact I know most of them. Around 50% at a level I would call
them friends, or old friends now in the distance & time. In one
case (ignored) I thought "How you dare! Have you forgotten what you
said and did ehm... lemme think... 11 YEARS AGO!" :)

Anyone you actually know? Or have even heard of? Or maybe it's just me and Facebook isn't as bad as I'm almost certain it is.
